1. Eligibility
• Open only to registered retailers of Excel Foods in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Manipur.
• Retailers must be 18 years or older and possess a valid UPI ID for cashback transfer.
2. Program Duration
• The campaign is valid for 3 months from the launch date.
• Excel Foods reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion.
3. Cashback Rewards
• Each coupon carries a unique code beneath a scratch layer.
• Retailers will earn assured cashback between ₹5 – ₹100 via UPI transfer, subject to successful claim validation.
4. Lucky Draw Rewards
• Retailers must scan a minimum of 20 coupons to qualify for the Lucky Draw.
• 9 Activa scooters will be awarded (Top 2 performers per state based on coupon scans, except one state with a single winner).
• Winners will be announced at the end of the campaign. Decision of Excel Foods shall be final.
5. Validation & Disbursement
• All registrations and claims are subject to verification by Excel Foods’ Sales/Admin team.
• Invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent claims will be rejected.
• Rewards will only be credited upon successful validation.
6. Taxes & Liabilities
• Applicable GST, road tax, and registration charges on Activa scooters shall be borne by Excel Foods.
• Gift Tax, if applicable, will be borne by retailers as per government norms.
• TDS (Section 194R, IT Act, 1961) will be applicable and deducted by Excel Food.
7. General Terms
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Excel Foods reserves the right to cancel or disqualify any retailer found violating terms.
• Excel Foods’ decision on all matters related to the program shall be final and binding.

Retailer Obligations

1. Accuracy of Information
   The Retailer shall provide complete, true, and accurate information at the time of registration. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or incorrect submission shall render the registration and claims invalid.
2. One-Time Registration
   Each Retailer Outlet shall be permitted only one valid registration under the Program. Multiple registrations for the same outlet using different credentials shall be treated as fraudulent and disqualified.
3. Use of Unique Codes
   The Retailer shall not tamper with, duplicate, or misuse the unique codes printed on Excel Foods’ product packs. Only genuine codes obtained through actual purchases shall be eligible for submission under the Program.
4. Non-Transferability
   Registration and rewards under the Program are strictly non-transferable. The Retailer shall not transfer, assign, or share registration credentials, unique codes, or claims with any third party.
5. Compliance with Process
   The Retailer shall strictly follow the process of registration, claim submission, OTP authentication, and UPI ID validation as prescribed under the Program. Failure to comply shall result in forfeiture of rewards.
6. Fraudulent Activity
   Any attempt by the Retailer to manipulate the Program, including but not limited to submission of duplicate codes, fabricated details, or unauthorized claims, shall result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action by Excel Foods.
7. Responsibility for UPI ID
   The Retailer shall ensure that the UPI ID provided is valid, active, and linked to their account. Excel Foods shall not be held responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect UPI details submitted by the Retailer.

Disclaimer

1. Right to Validate and Reject
   Excel Foods shall have the sole and final authority to validate or reject any Retailer registration or claim under the Program. No claim shall be deemed valid until expressly approved by Excel Foods' designated authority.
2. Right to Suspend or Terminate
   Excel Foods reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Retailer’s participation in the Program in case of suspected fraud, non-compliance with obligations, or misuse of Program benefits.
3. No Liability for Technical Failures
   Excel Foods shall not be held liable for any technical errors, website downtime, OTP delivery failures, or payment gateway/UPI-related issues beyond its reasonable control.
4. No Guarantee of Reward
   Participation in the Program does not automatically guarantee receipt of a reward. Rewards shall be subject to successful validation, availability of funds, and compliance with Program terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Excel Foods' liability under the Program shall be limited strictly to the disbursement of rewards duly validated as per the Program rules. Excel Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by the Retailer.
6. Right to Take Legal Action
   In the event of fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the Program by any Retailer, Excel Foods reserves the right to initiate legal action under the jurisdiction of the Guwahati High Court, including recovery of disbursed rewards, along with applicable damages and penalties.

Program Validity

1. ₹5 Yummy Ready-to-Eat Pack is valid only for Nagaland and Manipur.
2. ₹10 Yummy Hero Pack is valid for Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, and Mizoram.

The Campaign is valid from 17th September to 20th December 2025.
